What Fireflies says about data
Fireflies describes encrypted storage for meeting notes and transcripts, enterprise private-storage options, SOC 2 Type II and other compliance programmes. It says customer meeting data is not used for model training by default and advertises zero-day retention with vendors and partners.

What Arcs does differently
Arcs removes its own server from the trust model entirely. There is no enterprise cloud workspace because Arcs has no data servers. Private CloudKit sync, when enabled, remains tied to the owner’s Apple ID.
