Describe what you were trying to do, the Apple device and operating-system version involved, and what happened instead. If a screen or exported file helps explain the problem, attach it—but never send a private recording, transcript, client document or other confidential source unless you have deliberately removed sensitive material.
Privacy and data
Arcs has no data servers. Recordings, transcripts, summaries, Threads, Next questions and presentation creation are processed on your Apple hardware. Optional sync uses the owner’s private CloudKit container. Questions about that architecture or the privacy policy are welcome at the same address.
Press and corrections
The press kit contains product facts, images, videos, branding and a real presentation authored on an iPhone. Journalists and researchers can use this address for interview requests or to verify a claim before publication. If an Arcs page contains an error, include the page URL and the exact sentence that needs attention.
Arcs is currently an independent private TestFlight preview, so replies come from the maker rather than a separate support department. Response times can vary, but every legitimate enquiry is read.
