Arcs — Private Intelligence

Private Intelligence for the iPhone you own.

Your iPhone, now truly productive. Arcs puts the Apple Neural Engine to work for its owner. Meetings, private projects and raw material become structured understanding, clear notes and powerful decks — reasoned and authored entirely on native Apple hardware, with no servers. There has never been anything like this.

What it is

Record voice, add text or bring in a file. Arcs helps you make sense of all of it.

It reads the whole, reveals the Threads running through it, surfaces what to explore Next, and turns that understanding into finished work you can Build. Notes keeps every source whole, browsable and searchable.

Everything Arcs writes is drawn from what you gave it, in your own words. The intelligence and processing live entirely on the iPhone, iPad or Mac in your hand — and keep working in Flight Mode.

Record

Speak, type or add a file.

Record is the way material enters an Arc. Voice transcription happens entirely on your device, audio never leaves it, and Notes gives you a browsable list of every source you have added.

  • Holds up in noisy rooms. A café, a car or a busy office.
  • Understands names and proper nouns. People, companies, products and places.
  • Disambiguates. It tells apart names and terms that sound alike.
  • Learns your world over time. It adapts to your vocabulary and the people you talk about.

Recording keeps going when you lock the phone, take a call or switch apps. Live Activities and Dynamic Island keep the take visible and controllable without unlocking.

The decks

Your ideas, argued strongly and presented beautifully.

Arcs builds a deck engineered to win the room, with a point of view drawn entirely from your own material. Its reasoning system is custom-trained on a large corpus of owned material, unique in its breadth across many domains, so it can shape a real argument rather than merely arrange information. A layout engine gives that argument form, with custom styles you can apply on the fly.

Export to Keynote, PowerPoint or PDF. The presentation is reasoned and authored end to end on native hardware, with no servers.

UI & typography

Your ideas made beautiful, for work and for life.

Arcs is a design-first view of everyday work and ideas. From the way it helps you understand your own thoughts and meetings to the way a finished slide carries an argument, every surface is thoughtfully crafted to make serious work feel clear, calm and considered.

The interface is minimal when the tool should disappear, a beautiful editorial surface when the material needs room, and colorful and punchy when the work needs to land. Typography is not decoration: it creates hierarchy, pace and meaning.

Arcs blends editorial surfaces with a minimal canvas, and adds in punchy colour where you need it.

Private sync with CloudKit

Your ideas, on every device. Still yours.

CloudKit syncs your arcs seamlessly from iPhone to iPad and Mac, tied securely to your Apple ID. Your ideas are available wherever you are, on whichever device is in front of you, through your private iCloud account.

Arcs has no data servers. The intelligence and processing stay on your hardware, while your synced data stays in your private iCloud account.

Built for your hardware

Your Neural Engine, working for you.

Arcs is a serious reimagining of what the Apple Neural Engine can and should do for its owner. It uses the Apple Speech framework for on-device transcription, plus the Neural Engine, MLX and Metal to turn your material into finished work. It is device-aware and RAM-aware: a roomier Mac does more, while an iPhone runs exactly what it can do well.

Who it is for

For anyone who thinks by talking or writing and wants that thinking to add up: the professional running projects, the person keeping a journal, a sermon, a case or a course. Arcs is single-player by design — one person, their material, their device.

Why it was made

Good thinking is usually messy first. Most tools ask you to tidy it up before they help. Arcs takes the mess as it is and gives back structure, privately, on hardware you already own. The intelligence should travel with you — not your data.
